A completed reservation form with deposit is required to hold the date, time and location of ceremony. Be sure to Contact us first to check availability. If you've already spoken to and chosen your minister, click their name to print out a reservation form:

Once we have received your ceremony reservation form and deposit, a user ID and password will be issued. You will recieve an email directly from our website with that information.
You will then be able to log in to our on-line ceremony workbook tool where you can create your ceremony! If you need help, please call the minister you have booked with.

Policies and procedures...
Fees vary and are determined based on day, date, time, location, distance and travel time as well as many other considerations. Please contact us for a personal quote.

Fees include:

• Unlimited email and telephone consultations.
• Up to 2 in-person consultations held at agreed upon location and time.
• Choice of either –
  • Standard pre-written ceremony or
  • Custom written, personalized ceremony prepared by minister and couple. (Includes a copy of our Ceremony Workbook)
• Rehearsal information and instructions.
• Ceremony performed on the day, and at time and location listed on reservation form. Any and all changes must be agreed to by both the minister and couple PRIOR TO THE WEDDING DAY.
• Filing signed marriage license with appropriate Probate Court office.

Deposit is non-refundable once the Ceremony Workbook has been sent (when applicable).

Balance is due prior to wedding day. Please note that we allow 15 days for checks to clear the bank and do not return the signed marriage license to Probate Court until check has cleared.

The marriage license should be signed by the minister prior to wedding day or prior to performing the ceremony. The minister will arrive in plenty of time, (approximately 30 minutes prior to start time of ceremony), to have paper work completed before the ceremony begins. During this time, someone appointed from the bridal party can review with the minister, how the processional and recessional is to take place. The minister will also coordinate with whomever is providing the music and the photographer and/or videographer.

Due to time constraints and scheduling, wedding ceremonies should start as close to the agreed upon time (indicated on the reservation form) as possible and no more than 15 minutes past that time. Ceremonies starting more than 15 minutes late will be assessed $25.00 for each 15 minutes. Late starts can cause problems for weddings booked after.

Emergencies do happen. We maintain a working relationship with other ministers as back up in the event of an emergency.
